I have been eating out a lot lately (reminiscing all that fried fish I ate in Goa :D). Hence, time for some clean eating and detox! Presenting to you….my version of the Classic Deviled Eggs which is not just tasty but, also makes for a great post-workout snack! This recipe is completely mayonaise-free and uses Greek Yogurt instead! I agree that the Mirchi Ka Thecha topping doesn’t exactly comes under detox but, I am totally obsessed with it since my Vada Pav days in Pune 😀
